What if I notice a new medical condition between complete physical wellness exam appointments?
We also offer acute and chronic care visits for patients who have suddenly noticed the development of a new and pressing medical condition. We offer walk-in appointments daily from 7:30 am – 8:30 am for the convenience of our patients. Additionally, we also offer telemedicine appointments with eVisit™ to help patients who wish to address any concerns or questions they may have from the comfort of their own homes.
Can an urgent care visit take the place of a complete wellness exam?
No, the level of care and attention that patients can expect to receive at an urgent care center is not comparable to what we can provide during a complete physical wellness exam. By law, urgent care centers are not permitted to perform the preventive health exams that we can here at Family Practice Center.
