1. Platform Purpose
On Peachtree Street is an online advertising and listing platform dedicated to business listings, short-term rentals, and real estate listings located along Peachtree Street and its variants within specified Atlanta, Georgia areas (e.g., Midtown, Downtown, Buckhead, Lenox). The Platform provides visibility and informational placement for advertiser-submitted listings and user-generated content. It does not operate as a licensed real estate broker or agent and does not participate in real estate transactions.
2. Advertising Only; No Brokerage Services
Important Notice:
On Peachtree Street is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, or fiduciary and does not engage in brokerage services, negotiations, valuation, or transactional functions. All advertising and listing services are for exposure, visibility, and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee leads, sales, transaction facilitation, or any performance outcome. 3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a listing or advertisement on the Platform:
Your business or property must be located on Peachtree Street (or a Peachtree variant) within the approved coverage areas.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
For real estate listings, only communications from licensed brokers or authorized agents are permitted; submission requires affirmation of licensure where applicable.
You must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove listings that do not meet eligibility requirements.
4. Verification and Accuracy of Content
All listings and content are subject to address verification and manual review to confirm location eligibility. Verification confirms eligibility only and does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or quality evaluation of the business or property. (Opsatl)
You represent and warrant that:
You are authorized to submit the content.
All submitted information is true, accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
By submitting content, you grant On Peachtree Street a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform. (Opsatl)
5. Paid Advertising and Billing
All advertising and listing services are paid services. Fees are based on the advertising tier, listing type, or other products selected at checkout.
All fees are due at the time of purchase.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Paid listings expire at the end of the billing term unless renewed.
We may change pricing for future billing terms, but changes will not materially reduce services already paid for during an active term.
Fees are strictly for advertising placement and platform access. No part of your payment is contingent on any sale, lease, transaction, or outcome.
6. No Performance Guarantees
On Peachtree Street makes no guarantees regarding:
Website traffic or impressions
Lead generation or conversion
Search engine performance
Actual business outcomes
Transaction facilitation or closure

7. Platform Modifications
We may modify the Platform, including features, structure, pricing, and placement logic, without prior notice. Such modifications will not materially reduce services already paid for during an active billing term. (Opsatl)
8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Misrepresent your business or location.
Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content.
Use the Platform for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.
Attempt to disrupt or exploit Platform functions.
Violation may lead to immediate suspension or removal of access or listings, without refund.
9. Third-Party Links and Content
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. You should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party sites before engaging with them. (Opsatl)
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by On Peachtree Street or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the Platform content outside of the intended use without express permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
