What is the Fox Theatre's refund and exchange policy?
All ticket sales for performances at the Fox Theatre are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged. In the event of a performance cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified directly with options provided at that time. For all other circumstances, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. We strongly encourage guests to review their performance selection, date, and seat location carefully before completing a purchase.
Does the Fox have seats for children?
We offer free booster seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ask an usher for assistance. The Fox Theatre's Ticket policy is that everyone, including infants and toddlers, needs a ticket to enter the Fox Theatre.
