Polaris has been part of the story and soul of Atlanta since we opened in 1967. Designed by architect John Portman, some said our new hotel topped with a rotating restaurant would “never fly.” But when we opened, people lined up around the block just to ride the elevators and see the view. Polaris is a part of Hyatt Regency Atlanta’s proud Civil Rights history. We opened our doors to everyone in our community from our first day in business. Today we’re committed to supporting black owned small businesses, now featured on our menus.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

Upon completing a reservation, guests will receive a secured link via OpenTable and required to add a credit card to the confirm the booking. Polaris has a no-show/24-hour cancellation policy. Guests who do not arrive for their reservation or cancel within 24 hours will be charged $25 per person. All reservations have a 15-minute grace period. If after this time, we have not been contacted or informed of any delay, the reservation will be charged $25 per person. Your Polaris reservation seating time is for 2 hours and begins at the booked start time.

Special Message

Please know our menu is adult oriented. We do not offer a children's menu. Polaris serves our guests a unique, chef-driven, locally sourced menu that updates seasonally. Outside food is not allowed. Polaris has an outstanding wine selection, but guests may elect to bring their own wine for a $50 per bottle corkage fee. We encourage celebrations! Please let us know if you are joining us for a special occasion. Outside cakes or treats are not allowed. Balloons are welcome (but should not affect other guests)!
